Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.
You may also declare withdrawal via the cancellation button in your customer area (Section 312k BGB).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Early Expiry for Digital Content
If you requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and have only started performing the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete contract performance (Section 356(4) BGB).
For one-time purchases of digital content (e.g. Threads, add-on features), the right of withdrawal expires if the Provider has begun performance after the Customer has expressly consented and confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal (Section 356(5) BGB).
